As Research Director at Bâton Global, Chrissy designs and leads research projects that help clients understand markets, stakeholders, operations, and opportunities for improvement. She is known for organizing complex information, identifying meaningful patterns, and translating findings into clear reports and practical recommendations.

Experience & Education

Chrissy’s experience includes research strategy, stakeholder engagement, survey development, market assessment, industry research, focus group and interview analysis, and competitor analysis.

Before joining Bâton Global, Chrissy served with Cuyahoga County Council in Cleveland, Ohio, where she supported legislative operations, committee coordination, research, information gathering, and the development of systems, policies, and procedures related to Council operations.

Chrissy earned a Master of Public and International Affairs in Human Security from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and English from the University of Dayton, where she graduated summa cum laude.
