Sara Collins is an emerging consultant and business student with interests in international business, business law, research, and strategy. She brings strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to her work, along with a curiosity for understanding organizations, markets, and global business environments.

As a Junior Consultant at Bâton Global, Sara supports client project teams through research, analysis, and deliverable development. Her work contributes to the development of strategic insights through secondary research, data collection, stakeholder analysis, presentation support, report development, and content writing.

Experience & Education

Sara is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Drake University, with double majors in International Business and Business Law and minors in Spanish and Risk Management &Insurance. At Drake, she serves as a student ambassador and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity.

Sara has also served as a peer mentor for first-year business students, an international mentor, and a team advisor with the National Student Leadership Conference’s Business & Entrepreneurship program. Beyond academics, she enjoys reading, golfing, traveling, and trying new foods, and recently studied abroad in Spain and Chile.
