Wade has held senior leadership roles across logistics, education technology, higher education, global sales, and international operations. He has led business units and transformation initiatives across multiple regions, with responsibility for P&L management, operations, sales, customer support, workforce leadership, and enterprise performance improvement.
His experience includes leading DHL operations in India, with responsibility for more than $180M in annual revenue; leading DHL South Asia and Indochina operations, with responsibility for more than $70M in annual revenue; running Academic Operations for Kaplan University; leading a $20M+ business unit for Prometric; and managing global sales and operations serving more than 100,000 online learners at Open English.
Wade earned an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
