Mia Ellis is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development advisor who helps purpose-driven leaders, teams, and organizations unlock potential and amplify their impact.
Mia brings more than 20 years of experience in coaching, facilitation, nonprofit leadership, program development, and people-centered change. She works with individuals and teams to strengthen leadership capacity, navigate growth, and lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
Mia has served as an executive coach and facilitator with Drake University Executive Education, PRI Leadership, Full Potential Ventures, and TableTalks. Through this work, she helps leaders identify strengths, navigate change, and develop practical strategies for leading with greater impact.
She is also the founder of Amplify Coaching &Consulting, where she provides executive coaching and consulting across sectors. Earlier in her career, Mia held leadership roles with Summer Search, including Founding Executive Director of Summer Search Seattle and National Program Manager, where she helped build programs, teams, and systems to support organizational growth.
Mia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and holds a Neuroscience of Coaching Certificate.
