Kevin Kacere is an experienced executive leader, manufacturing strategist, and business advisor who helps organizations strengthen performance, drive innovation, and pursue growth. He brings deep experience in general management, product development, business transformation, manufacturing, and global market expansion.
Kevin supports organizations seeking practical senior leadership insight into strategy, operations, innovation, and growth. He helps clients evaluate opportunities, align priorities, improve performance, and develop strategies that create long-term value.
Kevin served as President and CEO of Insta-Pro International, a feed and food processing equipment manufacturer, from 2008 to 2021. Under his leadership, the company was named Small Business of the Year for Central Iowa in 2017.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held marketing and general management roles across manufacturing companies, including 17 years with Amana Appliances and Maytag Corporation. At Maytag, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Amana Business Unit and led the turnaround of the company’s refrigerator segment, driving innovation that impacted the broader home appliance industry.
In 2018, Kevin was appointed to the President’s Advisory Council for Doing Business in Africa, where he advised on improving business opportunities in Africa for U.S. companies. He earned both his BA and MBA from the University of Iowa Business School.
