Jennifer’s career includes senior HR leadership, executive partnership, and advisory work across periods of growth, transition, and transformation.
Jennifer currently serves as President and Lead Consultant at Human Pivot Consulting LLC, where she provides practical HR business consulting focused on executive coaching, leadership development, organizational transformation, and talent strategy.
Previously, Jennifer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company, where she modernized the HR function and helped lead the organization through growth, leadership transition, and transformation. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bankers Trust and held progressive HR leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Aviva USA.
Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University.
