Dana brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of executive leadership and academic research to organizational transformation initiatives. She has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Citigroup and now as Associate Professor of Organization Theory and Management at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
At Citigroup, Dana led executive development and coached senior leaders across 10 Asia-Pacific nations, giving her firsthand insight into the complexities of diverse workplace cultures. She pairs this deep corporate experience with rigorous research to design evidence-based strategies that help organizations navigate change, foster inclusion, and enhance both performance and employee well-being.
Dana holds a PhD in Management from UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business, an MS in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. She has traveled to more than 30 countries, providing her with a global perspective on business and organizational dynamics.
