Addy began her career in staffing with Manpower before building the executive recruitment model for Aviva USA and Aviva North America. She later spent nearly two decades at Wells Fargo, where she led a recruiting organization of more than 130 professionals before serving as Executive Director of Executive Search.
In 2026, Addy founded Gould Talent Solutions, a boutique executive search firm serving organizations throughout Iowa and the Midwest. Inspired by her upbringing on a rural Illinois dairy farm, she built the firm around a “farm-to-table” philosophy, every search is tailored to the unique needs of the client, never pulled from a database of familiar names.
