Located in the heart of the Quad Cities region, Davenport Public Library serves a diverse and evolving community. As DPL prepared for its next strategic planning cycle, library leadership sought a plan that would be both visionary and practical, one that could guide decision making, strengthen accountability, and remain flexible over time. To support this goal, DPL engaged Bâton Global to provide structure, facilitation, and analytical expertise throughout the planning process.
