Ganesan is an Information Technology Senior Professional with 28 years of IT service industry experience including 14 years of regional Senior Managerial experience entailing Program/Project Management and Business IT Management. He has accumulated this experience with diversified Global MNC’s across the Aviation, Supply Chain-Logistics, Financial Services, and Telecommunications Industries.
His experience with Global MNC’s includes the Telenor Group - DiGi Telecommunications as their Head of Technology Development, DHL’s Global Information Services in Asia-Pacific and Europe as their Regional Head of Program Management followed by Regional Head of Domain and Hewlett-Packard’s Regional Consulting Practice.
Ganesan utilizes a broad spectrum of talents as he plans, prioritizes, and manages complex initiatives and projects within ideal time-lines. This experience was accumulated in cross-functional roles, including Project/Program Management, Strategic Business Technology Management, Technology Organisational Development, and Information Technology Operations. He is adept at developing sound business strategies while minimizing impact of risk exposure and managing both top line and bottom line P&L to ensure profitability.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, is a certified practitioner of the Project Management Institute (PMP®) and a Certified Scrum Master (SMC™). He was also a Board Member of the Project Management Institute (Malaysia Chapter).
