Amazon has begun hiring for its Bondurant fulfillment center, a facility that will employ more than 1,000 people full time.
Once the online retailer opens up, how will small businesses adapt?
Matthew Mitchell tells KCCI 8 News that he does not expect the fulfillment center to hurt small businesses in central Iowa because Amazon is a well-established company.

“You have to focus on customers experience (and) creating a customer experience. People are really longing to connect with folks.”
