Before joining Bâton Global, Stephanie operated a consulting practice serving small businesses and nonprofits, providing guidance on financial management, tax compliance, data analysis, and organizational effectiveness. She has also held roles in higher education focused on institutional research, assessment, grants administration, and reporting, where she supported accreditation efforts, strategic initiatives, and evidence-based decision-making.
Stephanie earned a Master of Science in Leadership Development from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. She has served in board and leadership roles with organizations including FemCity Des Moines, Heart of DSM, Creative Habitat, and Art Is Rad.
