Stephanie Gott is a people-centered human resources executive, coach, and consultant who helps organizations strengthen teams, solve business challenges, and build practical people strategies that support growth.
Stephanie brings more than 20 years of experience across all functional areas of human resources. She is known for her objective curiosity, relationship-centered approach, and ability to simplify complex issues, identify root causes, and work collaboratively with leaders and teams across all levels of an organization.
In her current role as Chief People Officer at Kinzler Corporation, she partners across the business with responsibility for leadership alignment, HR operations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and retention, talent development, safety, culture, and communications.
Earlier, Stephanie spent nine years with Kreg Tool Company, including service as Vice President of Human Resources. In that role, she led people strategy as a member of the executive staff, oversaw core HR functions, and helped guide the company through significant growth and transition.
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa. She is active in the community through nonprofit board service, school district volunteer work, and other opportunities to connect and serve others.
