Stephanie Gott is a people-centered Human Resources (HR) executive, coach and consultant. She has served organizations for over twenty years in all functional areas of HR.
Over the last several years, Stephanie’s interests have turned to coaching, consulting and advising both internally and for those in her network. Using objective curiosity as her main weapon, she takes pride in her ability to simplify, see through the weeds to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively to solve business issues. All of this is successful because of her ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organization.
In her most recent work as the Vice President of Human Resources at Kreg Tool Company, she partnered with executives and leaders throughout the business through times of significant growth. From a team of two in HR to the team of seven she lead until her departure, the HR team was viewed as an advocate and partner to the organization and the employees they served. One of the greatest projects she was a part of was preparing for and transitioning to the new Kreg Tool Global Headquarters in Ankeny, Iowa. Partnering with internal and external partners to ensure a positive employee experience was a rewarding passion.
Today you can find Stephanie enjoying spending time with her husband, Ryan, and three kids, Emma, Ava and Grady. She is also serving in a part-time capacity as the executive director of the Ankeny Economic Development Corporation. In addition to those commitments, you may bump into Stephanie at a community event, volunteering her time in the Ankeny School District, on a non-profit board and other opportunities where she can connect and serve others.
