Dr. Mark Freeman is an organizational development advisor, behavioral consultant, and executive coach who helps leaders and organizations improve performance, strengthen teams, and navigate change.
Mark brings deep experience in performance improvement, leadership development, change management, organizational training, team building, and executive coaching. He works with small businesses, academic institutions, hospitality organizations, healthcare organizations, corporate clients, and nonprofit leaders to build practical strategies that support individual and organizational growth.
Mark’s work spans organizational development, behavioral consulting, fundraising support, management training, business development, executive coaching, and custom leadership curriculum design.
Previously, Mark served as Director of Counseling and Psychological Services at Rollins College, where he provided clinical supervision and counseling services for more than two decades. His background in counseling, supervision, and human behavior informs his practical approach to leadership, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
Mark earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Central Florida, a master’s degree in Counseling from Stetson University, and a bachelor’s degree from Rollins College. He is licensed in mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy in the State of Florida, and is a National Certified Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor.
