Eric Madcharo is a senior financial services executive, technology leader, and embedded executive advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen operations, manage risk, and support business growth.
Eric brings executive experience across information technology, risk and compliance, corporate strategy, operations, and financial performance. He has served in senior leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, and enterprise-wide head of Corporate Strategy.
During his tenure with NCMIC Financial Services, Eric supported nationwide programs across credit card, merchant processing, and lending services. As a long-tenured member of the senior management team, he held direct responsibility for the financial performance of business lines and helped guide technology and operations activities supporting multiple national audiences.
Eric has also served as a board member for NCMIC Financial Services, Inc., and multiple insurance and agency institutions. He remains active in civic and community leadership, including service with the Foundation for St. George Greek Church in Des Moines, the AHEPEAN Greek Organization, and the Rotary Club of Des Moines.
Eric earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
