Servant Leadership: Finding Inspiration & Cultivating Innovation

Podcast Description

Bâton Global’s Kavi Chawla had the pleasure of speaking with Beth Shelton, CEO of the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, in our latest episode of the bâton salon podcast. The discussion centered around finding inspiration and cultivating innovation through servant leadership. From culture to cookie crisis to even craft beer, Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa has been flexing their innovation muscle in a big way.

One inspiring program centers on support for Troop 64224, established at an emergency shelter. Since 2018, more than 125 girls have participated in the program, giving them stability and encouragement. It is profound to see the impact that Girl Scouts has on girls whose lives are full of so many unknowns. These girls have made the news this year in their quest to sell cookies in all 50 states. Supporting their cookie goals helps fuel their troop experiences and confidence! Purchase cookies from Troop 64224 here: https://lnkd.in/eVv8TGK
